Assistant Store Manager - Inglés Imprescindible

To aid in the smooth running of the branch, deputising in the managers absence.
To oversee the daily running of shop floor, organising breaks, banking, and delegating task effectively.
Ensure replenishment of stock and store standards are maintained.
To motivate staff ensuring efficient communication and ensuring staff are trained to a high standard for their daily tasks.
To ensure the importance of security awareness is communicated to the staff and to provide feedback to Store Manager and Head Office on any potential security risks.
Guaranteeallendofthedayprocedures are followedincludingcashingup, bankingandbagchecks as outlinedbyMUJIprocedures.
To help induct all new members of staff as laid out by manager
Maintain high standard of personal attendance, punctuality and grooming.
Make a significant contribution to successful team working at the store.
Remain flexible with regards to working hours.
Fluent in English (minimum level Advance Certificate or equivalent.
