As a Digital Acquisition Manager, you will play a key role in driving customer acquisition and growing our online presence. Your role will sit in the Commercial Operations and Mid-Market and Information Team at Group Level and it will focus mainly on the Business Information business line. You willbe responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies and campaigns across various channels to attract and convert new customers.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement digital marketing acquisition strategies for multiple countries to support accuracy, brand alignment, and the minimization of repetitive work

Develop and implement digital acquisition campaigns to drive customer acquisition, increase website traffic, and generate leads.

Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various channels, including search engines (SEM), display advertising, social media advertising, and retargeting.

Conduct thorough keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to identify target keywords, audiences, and channels for maximum reach and conversion.

Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns, monitor key metrics (e.g., CTR, CPC, CPA, lead acquisition, qualification, conversion KPIs), and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance and ROI.

Participate to the selection of agencies and suppliers in view of a Global Lead Generation Preferred Partnership Program. Collaborate with agencies and creative teams to develop compelling ad copy, landing pages, and creative assets that align with campaign objectives and drive user engagement and conversions.

Utilize marketing automation and CRM systems to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, lead generation, and customer acquisition metrics.

Implement A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies to continuously improve campaign effectiveness, landing page performance, and user experience.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, search engine marketing (SEM), display advertising, social media advertising, and other relevant channels.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and provide recommendations for innovative digital marketing strategies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content marketing, social media, and analytics, to ensure integrated and cohesive digital marketing campaigns.

5+ years proven experience in B2B digital marketing, particularly in customer acquisition and performance marketing, with a strong focus on paid advertising campaigns.

In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), display advertising, social media advertising, and retargeting.

Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools (preferably Eloqua).

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, measure campaign performance, and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns.

Marketing and Commercial mindset with focus on lead acquisition, qualification and conversion.

Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and landing page optimization strategies. Familiarity with SEO best practices and content marketing strategies is a plus.

Excellent project management skills with the ability to plan, execute, and monitor multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Creative thinking and ability to develop compelling ad copy, messaging, and creative assets.

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Familiarity with marketing compliance regulations and data privacy requirements is a plus.

Bachelor’s Degree in digital marketing, digital strategy or a related field required.

Fluency in English required. Fluency in a second language preferred.
