Responsibilities:Develop a data-driven marketing strategy tailored to the airlines industry. Identify target markets (corporate travelers, tourism, VIP services, etc.) and craft compelling value propositions.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media) and public relations.
Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing materials, website content, email campaigns, and social media posts, that showcase the safety, reliability, and unique experiences offered by our charters.
Manage the company website and social media presence, developing engaging content that captures the thrill and benefits of our services. Utilize data analytics to measure campaign success and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
Continuously research industry trends, competitor activity, and new marketing technologies to stay ahead of the curve.
Safeguard the company's brand identity and messaging, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and interactions.
Team Player: Build strong relationships with sales, operations, and other departments to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall company goals.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
5-7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
Car availability and living close to Sabadell
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, specifically within the aviation industry or B2B environment is a plus.
In-depth understanding of digital marketing channels and strong analytical skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience with marketing automation tools and project management software is a plus.
Passion for aviation and a strong understanding of the aviation industry is a bonus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
