Support in executing the monthly payroll process for collaborators, including:Processing and tracking variables, accruals for the Finance Department and specifications for collaborators (power BI)
Processing collaborators invoicesHandle all tickets related to variables, specifications and invoices, providing timely and accurate responses.
Monitoring collaborators inbox
Create and maintain collaborators folders, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Maintain data in HRMS and support reports and statistics.
Overall contribution to the development of the company.
Ensure that we are working according to the quality standards and that the processes are documented, and users are informed.
Meeting quality and production standards and deadlines.
Utilizing designated equipment skillfully, effectively, and efficiently.Educational background - You have a University degree and an interest in HR.MS Office - You have and advanced Excel level.Advanced level of written and spoken English.
