People Data Reporting Specialist - PageGroup SSC

People Data Reporting Specialist - PageGroup SSC will be responsible for:Oversee & ensure accuracy in the process of employee data creation and maintenance & ensure data accuracy in all integrated systems through regular audits and validation checks
Develop and generate regular and ad hoc reports on key HR metrics
Develop and maintain People Data Reports and Dashboards, combining and analysing different data sources to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders
Keep close relationship with local/regional HR teams and to understand their data needs and provide tailored reports and insights
Identify opportunities to improve and automate data and reporting methodologies
Support in the execution of Global P&C processes requiring sensitive employee data, preparing reports and presentations for Leadership team
Support the preparation of global compensation processes in accordance to company policies and procedures
Assist in the analysis and reporting of compensation dataPeople Data Reporting Specialist - PageGroup SSC requires:Meticulous, structured and very well-organized work habits.

Capacity to ensure the respect of rules, guidelines, procedures and agreed SLAs.
Strong Excel & Power BI skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines
Language Skills - proficient in English
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Finance/Accounting/IT (or related) will be an asset
Previous work experience in HR Analytics
Previous work experience in Payroll/Compensation areas is a plus
Previous experience using Power Apps
