The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support and marketing tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.
* Flexibility to adapt to different responsibilities as needed.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Self-starter and disciplined person that does not need regular oversight
* Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
* Highly Organized.
* Task-oriented.
* Analytical skill and the ability to plan and coordinate tasks to completion.
* Ability to work under deadlines.
* Ability to diagnose problems and find solución
* Develops and implements sales strategy if needed.
* Knowledge of design and photo (Canva) / video editing applications, Google Drive, Microsoft Office. Comfortable with web tools and social media management.
* Content creation and engagement of instagram, Facebook, Tiktok and Linkedin.
* Required education:
- High School Diploma.
- Bachelors degree.
* Interest in classical music and arts is a plus.
* Required language:
- English and Spanish.

Primary duties include but not limited to are:

* Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records.
* Performing minor accounting duties.
* Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing other events when necessary.
* Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf.
* Attend to faculty meetings if needed.
* Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
* Welcoming clients online.
* Managing the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.
* Looking for new business opportunities.
