Accounts Payable Operations with English (H/M/D)

Ensure accurate processing and recording of company's AP transactions.
Complete payments and control expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.
Maintain vendor files and correspond with vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies.
Provide supporting documentation for audits and assist in month-end closing.
Adhere to and improve AP processes to comply with financial policies and procedures.
Prepare analysis of AP accounts as required.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.A successful AP Operations should have:A degree or equivalent in finance, accounting, or related field.
Proven experience of 2-5 years in a similar role.
Fluent level of English.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
Hands-on experience with accounting software.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
