You will be tasked with shaping, internally presenting, and executing part of the digital & media strategy for some EMEA markets. It will be your job to ensure that our vacancies get visibility with qualified candidates at the right cost, and that potential clients consider us for their recruitmentneeds. In your day-to-day, being the internal subject matter expert in the digital field, you are the go-to person for your local marketing stakeholders on all matters regarding media investments and website developments.

Digital & Media Management
• Shape the local digital & media strategy
• Contribute to evolve the media strategy to reach a broader audience through digital media campaigns in collaboration with our global media agency
• Contribute to the optimization of our owned media channels such as SEO
• Collaborate closely with the website management team to deliver performance insights and contribute to the development with ideas and support on website projects

Business Partnering
• Acting as the first contact point for all digital & media related inquiries
• Act as the linchpin between different teams and external vendors to formulate relevant solutions for business needs
• Present, set and defend the strategy together with senior leadership in the local business

Reporting
• Work with digital analyst to enable accurate and insightful performance reporting
• Provide regular performance reports, analyses, and active recommendations, both on the websites and our media initiatives, to reach agreed candidate sourcing and client lead targets

Media Support & Administration
• Deliver day-to-day job posting & troubleshooting support to recruitment consultants
• In charge of the whole media buying process: from price negotiation to internal procurement and payment process
• Ensuring all internal administration and reporting is properly updatedThe successful candidate is a digitally literate, pro-active marketer with passion for technology and new media, ready to advance their career in an innovative and international environment.

The desired profile also includes:
• Over 3 years of experience in online marketing, specializing in paid campaigns and SEO, preferrably within an international organization
• Advanced knowledge in tools such as Google Analytics and Power BI
• Excellent oral and written proficiency in English; proficiency in any other European langiages, particularly in German is a plus
• Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail, capable of managing large datasets effectively
• Proficient in Excel with previous hands-on experience in Porwer Automate
• Degree in a marketing realted field
