Purchasing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to secure advantageous terms with suppliers.
Negotiate and manage relationships with suppliers, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
Continuously seek opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and market suppliers.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
Project management and visibility of KPIs.Requirements:Proven experience as a Purchasing Specialist or in a similar role.
Exceptional negotiation skills with a track record of successful supplier negotiations.
Experience working with suppliers in Asia, particularly in the production sector.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
Proactive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
