Coordinate logistics for training sessions, workshops, and learning events.
Schedule training sessions, book venues, and manage resources required for training delivery when applicable.
Allocate trainers' resources, resolve schedule conflicts and manage attendance, or re-scheduling.Manage the organisation's Learning Management System (LMS)
Monitor LMS usage, track training completion, and generate reports on training metrics.
Provide technical support and training to employees on LMS usage and functionality.Administrate the different tools and platforms used by the Talent Teams for your scope
Support employees requests
Support the Talent teams with data and reportingFirst experience in coordinating programs within a corporate or organisational setting.
Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS)
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality learning experiences.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
Proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
