Job Overview
Dual Link seeks a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will take ownership of both inbound and outbound sales activities, strategically building relationships and driving revenue growth. You’ll be able to work with potential clients across various sectors and play a pivotal role in the company’s success.

This is a performance-focused role where you will be directly responsible for achieving key sales targets, including new client acquisition, upselling existing accounts, and managing the sales pipeline. We offer a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment that rewards top performers.

This role’s On-Target Earnings (OTE) range from €110,000 to €167,000, reflecting potential earnings based on performance and achievement of sales targets. Additionally, your compensation will continue to increase as you exceed your sales goals, demonstrating your dedication and success.

Key Responsibilities
• Achieve Sales Targets:
o Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas for new client acquisition and upselling.
o Consistently grow revenue through inbound and outbound sales efforts.
• Inbound Sales:
o Respond quickly and effectively to inbound leads, qualifying opportunities, and converting them into closed deals.
o Track and report conversion rates and lead quality to optimize future efforts.
• Outbound Sales:
o Identify and engage with potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.
o Build a robust pipeline of qualified prospects, setting clear KPIs for outreach volume, conversion rates, and pipeline velocity.
• Pipeline Management:
o Maintain an active sales pipeline, ensuring deals progress efficiently through each stage.
o Report on pipeline metrics weekly, including the number of new leads, proposals sent, and deals won/lost.
• Client Relationship Management:
o Build strong relationships with potential clients, identifying their pain points and demonstrating how Dual Link’s solutions can meet their needs.
o Collaborate with the marketing team to tailor outreach and campaigns to specific client segments.
• Sales Reporting & Insights:
o Provide regular updates on sales performance, focusing on key KPIs such as deal value, conversion rates, and time to close.
o Use CRM tools to track, report, and analyze client interactions and sales metrics.

Qualifications
• Proven experience in a sales role, with demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales KPIs.
• Experience in the hospitality or point-of-sale (POS) industries is required. Candidates should have established contacts in the hospitality industry or deep knowledge of the POS sector.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Fluency in English is required for this position. Candidates must be able to effectively communicate in written and spoken English, as the role involves regular interaction with English-speaking clients and stakeholders. Proficiency in additional languages is considered an asset.

• Sales Quotas: Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for new client acquisition and upsells.
• Lead Conversion Rate: Meet lead-to-sale conversion KPIs for inbound and outbound leads.
• Pipeline Growth: Maintain and grow a healthy pipeline with clear stage progression.
• Client Acquisition: Meet weekly goals for outbound activities (calls, emails, meetings) and client sign-ups.
