The SEO Content Specialist Europe + MEA will play a vital role in supporting the SEO function within our regional Content Marketing team. Reporting to the Senior SEO Content Marketing Executive, this is a new position designed for an experienced professional with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.The role requires a blend of technical SEO expertise, copywriting skills, and a strong ability to adapt content for different cultural and linguistic markets across Europe and the Middle East & Africa (MEA). You will work closely with local marketers to create high
quality, SEO
optimised content in UK English while ensuring that it is easily adaptable for local markets.
SEO Content Creation and Optimisation
Write and optimise high
quality content for various channels, including blog articles, website copy, email campaigns, and social media posts, ensuring alignment with SEO best practices.
Conduct keyword research using tools such as SEMrush and implement findings to maximise search engine visibility.
Use SEO tools to identify topic gaps and generate content ideas with relevant search volume that align with our audience's interests and business objectives.
Collaborate with the regional team to support the localisation and translation of content for European and MEA markets.
Content Localisation and Adaptation
Ensure content is culturally relevant and grammatically accurate for different markets.
Support local marketers by providing adaptable content templates and toolkits that maintain brand consistency.
Collaboration and Project Management
Manage multiple projects and deadlines with clear workflows using tools such as Asana.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders across regions to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
SEO and Performance Analysis
Monitor and audit the performance of published content to identify optimisation opportunities.
Continuously explore innovative approaches to improve content visibility and effectiveness.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

5 years of experience in SEO content creation, with a strong background in copywriting, ideally in a corporate environment.
Skills and Abilities:
Native
level fluency in UK English; proficiency in additional European languages are a plus.
Strong copywriting skills with the ability to write clear, engaging, and SEO
friendly content.
Proven experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
Familiarity with CMS platforms and localisation tools.
Familiarity with localisation processes and cultural adaptation for different regions.
Strong organisational skills and project management experience.
