We are looking for a Customer Service Agent with NATIVE GERMAN AND FLUENT ENGLISH for handling customer inquiries (order queries and technical support) for household appliances.

- CONTRACT: Permanent, 39 hours per week.
- SALARY: 1810,79€ gross per month (39 hours).
- WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday: 9AM - 6PM.
- WORK MODE: Hybrid training and work modality.
